Biography

Chief Master Sergeant Robert Minard served active duty in the U. S. Air Force from 1968 to 1973, which included one year in Vietnam.  

In addition to the Distinguished Flying Cross, he was awarded an Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters.

When he left active duty in 1973, Sergeant Minard remained in the U.S. Air Force Reserves until 2000.
