Biography

Edward Henry Gabel served in the U.S. Army Infantry after World War I, from 26 January 1921 to 24 January 1924.  His rank was Private First Class.

He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps for two years in World War II.

Duty:  Military Police Guard Battalion, Marine Corps Base at San Diego, CA.

He was an Expert Rifleman and Pistol Marksman in both the Army and the Marine Corps.  Honorably discharged from both branches.

Edward was born in Berea, OH.
