Biography

Army Sergeant Duane McGoyne served in the U. S. Army in World War II.

His stint lasted from November 1942 to February 1947.

He helped to conquer the Rhineland and Central Europe.

In addition to these medals—Purple Heart, Bronze Star, European Campaign, World War II Victory, and Army of Occupation—he was awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge.
