Biography
Bill Eutsler served in the Boy Scouts of America
from 1958 to 1967, progressing in rank from Cubs to
Explorer. Bill is one of many Boy Scouts of El Dorado
who seek to honor veterans for their service.
El Dorado's Boy Scouts were instrumental
in establishing the original Miss Liberty monument
monument in 1950, and the hope, promise, and
mission exemplified in Scouting model the highest
standards set forth in the military.
