Biography
Phillip Koontz is an Eagle Scout who served in the
Boy Scouts of America and was a Leader of Troop 206. Paul is one of many
He is one of the Boy Scouts of El Dorado who seek
to honor veterans for their service.
El Dorado's Boy Scouts were instrumental
in establishing the original Miss Liberty monument
monument in 1950, and the hope, promise, and
mission exemplified in Scouting model the highest
standards set forth in the military.
